2. Engine and Fire Pump Unit Description
2.1. Model
Each DEUTZ engine has a Rating Plate that contains information about your engine (see
section 2.1.1. below).
2.1.1. Engine Rating Plate
The DEUTZ rating plate contains performance information and the following:
A. Model Number
B. Engine Serial Number
2.1.2. Position of the Engine Rating Plate
The rating plate C is attached to the valve cover (see below).
