Part Number (P/N) being run is shown in the status line.
Event Number and type (and the repeat number, if applicable) being run is shown at the
top of the screen.
Current X, Y, Z Absolute Positions are shown in the information area.

event as the part is run.
TRAKING: is available so the TRAKing feature can be used. Select this to control the
X,Y and Z programmed motion with the Electronic Handwheel. See Section 13.4 below.
The run procedure is very simple. Follow the instructions on the conversation line and
proceed by pressing the GO key.
RUN: select this softkey to start the CNC run mode.
13.4 TRAKING
TRAKING is a
special
kind of CNC run. When you press the TRAKING softkey,
machine motion and tool change is controlled by turning the Electronic Handwheel.
Turning the handwheel in the clockwise direction moves forward through the program;
turning counterclockwise moves backward through the program. You can change the
speed of movement by pressing any of the four resolution buttons to the right of the
electronic handwheel. It is recommended to use one of the slower speeds when actually
cutting into material.
If TRAKING is started in the middle of a program, you can only go forward in the
program. After going forward in the program you can rotate the Handwheel in reverse,
TRAKING can only reverse the program to the point it was turned on.
TRAKING comes in handy whenever you are a little unsure about any aspect of your
program or set-up. For example, on the first run of a part - instead of pressing GO and
holding your hand on the stop button, use TRAKING to bring the tool to the part while
you watch the DRO. Once assured that everything is all right, press STOP and get into
CNC run.
