Specifications

Repeat: if a repeat event is in the event counter, this will show which repeat number,
for example, if you program a drill with 5 repeats, this will show which repeat of the
event that is being machined.
Shift: when machining multiple parts using the shift in the PART/FIX MGMT screen,
this will show which part is being machined.
Position: displays the absolute or incremental X, Y, Z coordinates of the machine. The
display can be changed between absolute and incremental by using the ABS or INC
softkeys at the bottom of the screen.
Spindle Load: displays the percent load the spindle is under when the spindle is running.
Spindle RPM: the programmed RPM as adjusted by the Spindle Override.
Feed Rate: programmed feed rate of the current move as adjusted by the Feed Override
Override: located to the right of the red bar indicates % of Spindle Override.
Override: located to the right of the green bar indicates % of Feed Override.
Yellow bar: graphical representation of Spindle Load. Displays red above 100%.
Red bar: graphical representation of Spindle Override described above.
Green bar: graphical representation of the Feed Override.
13.2 Starting To Run
13.2.1 Starting To Run - Single Program
The program may be started in the two ways identified as soft keys in the screen in
Section 13.1
Pressing the START soft key begins the program at Event 1.
Pressing the START EVENT # soft key allows you to start in the middle of a program.
When you press the START EVENT # soft key, the conversation line will prompt "Input
Event #." Input the number of the first event you wish to run, and press SET. If the
START EVENT # is a Repeat or Rotate, the conversation line will prompt "Starting
Repeat Number" asking which repeat or pass you wish to start.
If multiple parts are in a fixture and the SHIFT feature is being used in the PART
FIX/MGMT Screen, the conversation line will prompt “Enter the shift number”. A zero
shift number will machine the first part in the fixture. A shift number of 1(one) will
machine the second part because it the first shift being used. Input the number of the shift
and press SET. The conversation line will now prompt “Input Event #” and repeat as
discussed above.
13.2.2 Starting To Run - Master Program
The program may be started in the two ways identified as soft keys in the screen in
Section 13.1
Pressing the START soft key begins the program at Event 1.
Pressing the START EVENT # soft key allows you to start in the middle of a program.
When you press the START EVENT # soft key, the screen will change and display the
