Specifications

Staged Mode will once again be identical. For example, this may be necessary if you
changed a modifier in Current Mode for a tool that you will be using on the next part.
The buttons in Staged Mode that are gray are not available to the user. This is normally
the case when the feature or function requires some sort of interaction with the machine.
For example, in Machine Setup Mode, the TOOL LOADING softkey is gray, since you
cannot change tools in staged when you are running a program in current mode.
To transfer programs from Staged to Current, you must go back to Current Mode and go
to PROG IN/OUT. Press the TRANSFER button to transfer your files. The current
program you have in memory will be erased and the program from staged will now be
loaded. The last thing you should have to do before running your program is load or
remove your tools from the TOOL LOADING mode. Use your CHECKLIST to verify
you are ready to run.
It should be noted that when you shut down the PMX control, any program in STAGED
mode will be automatically saved along with any setup info that you entered. The user
will then be able to restore the STAGED mode the next time you enter STAGED mode.
If you press the F10 softkey as shown below, your program will be reloaded. It should be
noted that you only get 1 chance to reload your program, so if you hit the START
softkey, the saved STAGED program will be lost.
