This rechargeable large-capacity lithium-ion battery pack supplies power to Bolt’s PP-500DR and PP400DR power packs for on-camera flashes. When mounted on the PP-500DR, it will provide enough power for up to 2700 flashes (depending on flash unit and power setting) and offer fast recycling times for one or two portable flashes. The battery pack features indicator LEDs that display the remaining charge.

Charging the PP-5800BP The PP-5800BP can be charged as a freestanding unit or while mounted on the PP-500DR power pack. To charge the PP-5800BP: 1. Plug the charger unit into an AC outlet. 2. Plug the charging cable into the battery’s charging port. 3. The charger indicator turns red when the battery is charging. 4. When the battery charger turns green, the battery is fully charged.
Note: The PP-5800BP is a multivoltage device that’s compatible with 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz outlets. The included cable has a 120 V, 50 Hz (North American) plug. To use this fixture with other voltages, you must use a plug adapter (sold separately). Note: The PP-5800BP battery is compatible with Bolt’s PP-500DR and PP-400DR battery packs.
