Paging Input Details
The DRZ35 has a full-featured micro-
phone paging input. The microphone
input is a low-impedance balanced input
that works with dynamic or condenser
microphones. Whenever a page is made,
the AUX or Tuner feed is muted via a
VOX detector. When the page is com-
pleted, the other source smoothly fades
back in.
By using a WMT1A matching transformer,
the MIC input can be connected to the
paging port of a telephone system.
Speaker Zones
Built into the DRZ35 is a convenient
4-zone selector switch group. These
push-on/push-off switches allow you
to control how paging is distributed
throughout a facility. Simply turn on and
off groups of speakers as needs
change.
The DRZ35 is a unique, self-contained 4-zone music and paging system for small-
to medium-sized applications. It has a digital AM/FM tuner, as well as MIC,
LINE, and AUX inputs. It has 35 watts of output power, and is capable of driving
4-ohm, 25- or 70-volt speaker systems.
The DRZ35 permits connection of up to four switch-selectable paging zones.
It also features Bass and Treble controls and a Master Volume control with a
5-segment LED output meter. The built-in tuner uses a PLL synthesizer to provide
accurate frequency selection
