Heavy-duty 16 gauge rack
features cold rolled steel,
welded construction and a black
powder coat finish. These fully
enclosed racks are available in
outside depths of 22" and 28",
accommodating equipment up
to 20" and 25" respectively. The
optional front and rear locking
doors are removable for left
or right swing. A removable
5.25" x 19" solid roof insert allows
interchangeable panels for fans or passive
cooling. Note: Due to their large size, these items

Heavy–duty steel 19" racks are ideal
for installations where low cost and
easy access to equipment is a priority.
Available in 24, 35 and 42 rack unit
configurations, these are ideal in
most telecom, security and other
applications, using light to moderate
components, with total weight of up
to 145 lbs. Units are black powder
coated, and include 50 rack screws
with captive washers. Rails are tapped
for 10-32 screws. Overall depth is 5",
base depth is 17". Optional cable
manager (shown attached) mounts
vertically to the side of the frame,
providing abundant room for cable
passage. Additionally, it acts as
attaching hardware when multiple
racks are ganged side–by–side.

this swivel
rack system
is available in
several sizes
from eight to 24 rack spaces, for all standard 19"
equipment. Standard two slide models support
150 lbs, four slide versions support 300 lbs. Racks
extend a full 20" from the frame and is then capable
of rotating 90 degrees in either direction, allowing
unobstructed access to components. For installations
requiring additional depth, flush or recessed doors,
the XL version incorporates a deeper design, for a full
4" clearance from the mounting base. Systems lock
in the closed position with security panel and screws
provided. Easy and effective cable management
system and eight–space rear rack rail are included.

Rotating Racks
The captive rotating
racks from RaXXess
are designed to provide
unprecedented access
to installed equipment.
The rack may be pulled
out a full 28", and
rotated 90° in either
direction, allowing safe,
easy access to the rear
of equipment. System consists of a roll–out 22"
deep, 12 gauge rack frame, on a 16 gauge welded steel
housing, with a ball bearing swivel base and heavy
duty 4" casters. Heavy duty telescoping sliders allow
the rack frame to move smoothly in and out of the
housing. The unique “Ω” shaped 3" cable passage in
the roof, combined with ample cable tie–off points in
the rack, allow for easy cable management. Note: Due
to their large size, these racks are shipped directly
from the manufacturer.
