• Purpose-built to be extremely durable in all weather

conditions, mounted in-ground

• Stylish design provides functional rigidity and extra

security when buried

• Anodized metal-alloy speaker cones (MDT) are

extremely stable in all environments

• UDIO (upside down/inside out) driver employs inverted

cone diaphragm driven by voice coils wound both inside

and outside the former for extremely accurate linearity,

even at extreme volume levels

• Signal connection via pre-terminated burial grade cable

exiting the bottom of the enclosure; the 8 conductor

cable provides access to 70V taps or select 8-ohm

operation

• MLS spiderless motor uses specially developed

Ferrouid to center the woofer voice coil and

eliminates the distortion generated by spiders

• Sealed magnet gap eliminates corrosion near voice coil

• LLDP (Linked Low-Density Polyethylene) color

through enclosure is acoustically inert and stands

tough under abuse in extreme conditions

• Advanced polymer cone surrounds resist UV rays,

chlorine, fertilizer and salt spray

• 70V multi-tap transformer standard for use with the

NEAR 6XL power amplier in 70V operation (can be

by-passed for 8-ohm systems)
