CLEANING THE BISTRO PEELER
• Thepeelerisnotdishwashersafe.
• Cleanthepeelerunderrunningwater.Itisnotnecessary
to disassemble the peeler.
• Inordertocleanthepeelermorethoroughlyitispossible
to detach the core cutter (10) and the peeling blade (9)
using the wing nuts (12, 13).
• Aftercleaning,drythepeelerwell.
STORAGE
• In order to store the peeler drive the spindle (11) with
retainer (5) and crank handle (4) in fully. You will require
very little storage space for the peeler.
