FIGURE B / STEP 1
• Movethepeelingbladearm(8)outwardsuntilitisfixed
in position and the locking lever (7) has latched in place.
• Place an apple, pear or potato on the retainer (5) such
that it is located centrally to the spindle (11).

• Holdthepeelingbladearm(8)firmlyanddisengagethe
locking lever (7) by drawing this upwards. Slowly guide
the peeling blade arm (8) onto the apple, pear or potato.

• Ifyouwishtopeelapotato,loosenthewingnut(12)and
detach the core cutter (10). By rotating the crank handle
(4) in a clockwise direction, the potato is peeled but not
cored and is not cut into slices.
• In order to peel, core and slice an apple or pear it is
necessary to ensure that the core cutter (10) is attached.
By rotating the crank handle (4) in a clockwise direction,
the apple or pear is peeled, cut into slices and cored.
If you only wish to peel an apple or pear, loosen the wing
nut (12) and detach the core cutter (10). By rotating the
crank handle (4) in a clockwise direction, the apple or
pear is only peeled.
