PRE-CLEANSETREATMENT
1. Starting from the inside bottom corner of the eye, gently press the warm side onto the skin.
Hold for 3 seconds and move along to the next area of skin.
2. Repeat the process on the other eye.
Repeat the treatment around each eye 3 times.
3. Cleanse your face using your usual cleanser.
