IMPORTANT:Levels2and3shouldonlybeusedafteryouarecompletelycomfortablewithLevel1.
For many individuals it is not necessary to advance beyond the Level 1 arch adjustment.

1. Lay the base and exible arch on a secured mat, rug, or carpet
with the wide ends closest to you.
2. Secure the wide end of the base against your knees. Slide the wide
end of the exible arch into the single slot on the wide end of the
base lining up the small arrows.
3. Position your hands as shown opposite to
bend the exible arch.
4. Press down with your ngers and gently
slide the narrow end of exible arch into
the Level 1 position on the base, again
lining up the small arrows.
ASSEMBLY
If you’re using BackMagic Flex for the rst time, it is recommended that you use the foam side of the exible arch
until you are completely familiar with the stretching action, before trying the side with the massage points. Also,
the rst time you use the side with the massage points, cover with a towel for increased comfort.
