onceortwice(withaminimumof4hoursrestingin-between)adayforamaximumof12minutesper
musclegroup.Programswithlargerpulses/secondfiguresgivemoreintensemuscleworkouts.We
suggestthatyoustartwithamildworkoutandchangetomoreintenseprogramslater.
Afterthat,youcanusethebeltforamaximumof30minutespermusclegroup,3timesaday,withat
least4hoursrestingtimebetweenthesessions.
Ofcourseyoushouldadjustyourexerciseroutinetoyourpersonalfitnesslevelandyoushouldfeel
comfortable.
Asabeginneryoushouldalwaysusethemodeandintensitythatfeelsmostcomfortabletoyou.
