Removal And Installation

Raise the operator cab. (See Page 1–1.)

Disconnect the case drain hose (Item 1) [A] and drain the

hydraulic fluid into a container.

After the fluid is removed from the reservoir, loosen both

hose clamps and remove the hose (Item 2) [A] from the

reservoir and hydrostatic pump.

Loosen both hose clamps and remove the fuel vent hose

(Item 1) [B].

Loosen both hose clamps and remove the fuel fill hose

(Item 2) [B].

Remove the fan drive belt (Item 1) [C].

Loosen the hose clamps and remove the hose (Item 1)

[D] from the filter and the hydrostatic pump.

Never work on a machine with the lift arms up

unless the lift arms are secured by an approved

lift arm support device. Failure to use an

approved lift arm support device can allow the

lift arms or attachment to fall and cause injury

or death.
