DRIVE CHAIN
Removal And Installation
NOTE: It is necessary to remove the rear axle and
drive chain [A]. If the front chain has to be
removed.
Lift and block the loader. (See Page 1–1.)
Raise the operator cab. (See Page 1–1.)
Removing the front panel/steering lever assembly. (See
Page 3–1.)
Remove the center chaincase cover. (See Page 4–5.)
Remove the front and rear chaincase cover. (See Page
4–8.)
Remove the fluid from the chaincase. (See Page 4–27.)
Remove the rear axle. (See Page 4–11.)
Never work on a machine with the lift arms up
unless the lift arms are secured by an approved
lift arm support device. Failure to use an
approved lift arm support device can allow the
lift arms or attachment to fall and cause injury
or death.
