11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Relevant routes of exposure: Skin, Inhalation, Ingestion, Eyes
Potential Health Effects/Symptoms
Inhalation: May cause respiratory tract irritation. Exposure to vapors above the established exposure
limit results in respiratory irritation, which may cause headaches, dizziness, anesthesia and
drowsiness. Is not a respiratory sensitizer.
Skin contact: May cause skin irritation. Prolonged skin contact may defat the skin resulting in possible
irritation and dermatitis. Is not a skin sensitizer.
Eye contact: May cause mild, short lasting discomfort to eyes.
Ingestion: Minimally toxic.
Aspiration:. Small amounts of liquid aspirated into the lungs during ingestion or from vomiting may
cause chemical pneumonitis or pulmonary edema.
