Unlocking
Switch on the ignition and
press button 3.
Alternatively: Press button 2
on the remote control.

locked.
with topcase

The topcase is unlocked.
Once a lock has been locked
manually it subsequently has to
be unlocked manually as well.

with ground lighting

If you use the remote con-
trol to unlock with the ignition
switched off, the ground light-
ing is switched on for a brief
period.
Emergency unlocking
If the central locking system re-
fuses to unlock, you can open
the cases, topcase and stowage
compartments manually. The
procedure is as follows:
Remove the cases ( 107).
Open the cases ( 106).
