Checking battery-acid
level
Check the acid level regularly
at intervals of approximately
three months.
Remove the battery ( 95).
Check the acid level at mark 1.
Specified level, battery
fluid
distilled water
Between MIN and MAX
marks
If the acid level is below the MIN
mark:
Top up the battery acid with
distilled water to the specified
level.
Body panels
Removing right side panel
Make sure the ground is level
and firm and place the motor-
cycle on its stand.
Remove four screws 1 and re-
move the flashing turn indicator
with the side panel.
