There is no signal or signal is defective
 Perhaps the antenna is disconnected or damaged.
Check the status of the antenna.
 You may be in an area with a low signal level. Please
check with your service provider.
Channel message encrypted
 The channel is encrypted. Your Web:tv cannot
access encrypted channels.
The remote control does not respond
 Perhaps the IR receiver is blocked. Point the remote
directly at the IR receiver.
 Check that the batteries are properly installed and if
they are exhausted, replace them with new ones.
