16. TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not switch on
 Make sure that the power cord is connected.
 Disconnect all cables and external devices and
then connect those for power and images only until the
device has shown the main menu.
There are no images
 Make sure that the TV is on.
 Check that the HDMI or AV cable is properly
connected
 Check that the appropriate input mode is configured
on the TV.
There is no sound
 Make sure the mute function is not activated.
 You may have selected the wrong audio channel.
