7. HS123 Firmware update
Automatic update bymicro SD card
Copy the firmware file named “brightsign-hd3-6.2.94-update.bsfw” to the micro SD card, Plug in
the power of the AD Player first ,then insert upgrade card to themicro SD card port of ad player
when the screen display“ Please inset storage device”, then HS123 start to update. The machine
will reboot when the update finished.
Note:
a) The upgrade file is provided by Brightsign, you can download the latest upgrade file in
http://www.brightsign.biz/
.
b) The upgrade file in micro SD card will be deleted when the update finished. So, you should
copy upgrade file to micro SD card againif you want upgrade other one machine.
8. Warning and Important Safeguard
1) If you are not a specialist,please don’t open the frame of the AD player for internal
inspection,we will not take any responsibility for this accident.
2) Mustn’t cut off the power during the update processing,to avoid firmware and date missing.
3) Don’t insert or pull out the SD card when it’s working.
4) Don’t put heavy objects on the LCD screen,to avoid the screen damage.
5) Don’t expose the AD player in the rain or moisture.
6) If the AD playerdoes not work for a long time,shut the power off.
