PC-FAX transmission

Create a PC fax document.
Open the Windows application (Ex. Word, Excel, etc..).
Create and save the document.
Make sure the doucment is open.
2 Select the Print command in the application.
In most Windows application, you select Print or Print Setup from
the File menu or the toolbar.
3 Select BPS 905 FC (FAX) as your printer, and then click OK.
The Destination Settings dialog box appear.
4 In the Destination Settings dialog box, enter your fax information and
send fax options.
5 You may specify the User/Group Name and Fax Number of the recipient
for an one-time recipient or from Address List.
6 Add a cover page if desired.
7 Press [OK] button to send the fax.
