Sorting the Address Book
The Address Book is, by default, sorted alphabetically by last name. You can
change the sort by clicking on any column title. To return the sort to its previ-
ous state, click the column title again.
Setting up an User in the Address Book
When setting up an user in the Addres Book List, for a minimum,you must
speficy the contact's first or last name, and their fax number.
Optionally, if you want information available to include on a Cover Page, you
can enter the contact's Telephone No., Department, Company Name and
Address, Fax Number, and an E-mail Addrss.
Add User
In the Add User dialog box you can add, edit and delete stored information for
users.
1 In the Address Book dialog box, click the [Add User] button.
The Add User dialog box appears.
2 In the Add User dialog box, type the User’s information, then click [OK] to
save the information.
