Help! (FAQ & Troubleshooting)
SATELLITE DOESN’T POWER ON
• Make sure the battery is fully charged
• Press and hold the power button on the left earcup for 1 second
SATELLITE DOESN’T CONNECT TO YOUR BLUETOOTH
®
DEVICE
• Make sure Satellite is fully charged and powered on
• Make sure the audio cable is not connected
• Make sure your device has Bluetooth
®
turned on
• Turn off and then turn on Satellite. Repeat the procedures on page 16.
• Decrease the distance between Satellite and your Bluetooth
®
device
• Try pairing with a different Bluetooth
®
device
• Delete “Blue Headphone” from your Bluetooth
®
list on your device and pair again
• Visit bluedesigns.com for help
• Clear the headphone pairing list (page 16)
SATELLITE ISN’T MAKING SOUND OR AUDIO LEVEL IS LOW (BLUETOOTH
®
MODE)
• Make sure Satellite is fully charged and powered on
• Make sure Satellite is connected to your Bluetooth
®
device
• Make sure your Bluetooth
®
device is playing audio
• Make sure the volume on your Bluetooth
®
device is turned up
• Make sure the volume on Satellite is turned up (page 14)
• Decrease the distance between Satellite and your Bluetooth
®
device
• Try a different audio player on your Bluetooth
®
device
• Try pairing with a different Bluetooth
®
device
• Make sure you don’t have more than one Bluetooth
®
audio device connected
