ASSEMBLING THE POOL BASE

1. Bottom plates & rails - straight section

a. Screw the bottom plate on the strap end channel.

The bottom plate has to sit on the edge of the strap

end channel and the steel upright. (Images 1 & 2)

b. Remove dust and dirt between the bottom plate

and the strap end channel.

c. Install the straight bottom rail between the steel

structures. The bottom rail has to fit inside the

bottom plate, remove any dirt or small rocks during

installation. (Image 3)

d. install the end of the straight bottom rail between

the straight and the round sections of the pool.

for gap measurement.

Important Note:

There are three types of bottom rails. Bottom rails for the straight

section, bottom rails for the round section and bottom rails for

the end of the straight section (Transition).

To differentiate which bottom rail is which;

Straight Section: will measure 42" in length

Transition Section: will measure appx. 53" in length

Round Section: will be the longest measure

Important Note:

Bottom plate
