INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure that your light xture is a 110 VAC to 120 VAC xture. This LED Lamp will NOT work in 12 VDC

xtures, and may damage both the LED Lamp and the xture

2. Uninstall/disassemble, install the LED Lamp, and reassemble/reinstall per lamp xture

manufacturer’s instructions.

NOTE: GAME is not liable for damages to the light xture or LED Lamp which result from

damaged or improperly assembled light xtures.
