7.1 Global OBD-2/EOBD
When Global OBD-2/EOBD is selected a service menu that lists all of the tests available on the
identified vehicle. Menu choices typically include:
• Readiness Status
• Current Data
• Freeze Frame Data
• Confirmed Codes
• Clear Codes
• O2 Monitors
• Non-continuous Monitors
• Pending Codes
• Request Control of On-Board System
• Vehicle Information
7.1.1 Readiness Status
Designated OBD Mode $00, this selection opens a menu of available tests on monitored systems.
Selecting Readiness Status from the main menu opens a submenu with the following options:
• Complete since DTC Cleared
• Enable Status this Cycle
• Complete this Cycle
Each selection opens a listing of test results.
