9. Using a 17/32” drill bit, ream the existing
hole in the frame as shown. Do this on
both sides of the vehicle.
10. Tip the baseplate into position. Install a
1/2”-13 x 1-1/4” bolt with 1/2” at and lock
washers into the existing hole and secure
with a 1/2”-13 lock nut on the inside of
the frame. Do this on both sides of the
vehicle. Level the baseplate and fully
tighten both bolts.
Using a 13/32” drill bit, drill the remaining
six (6) holes thru the frame on the driver
and passenger sides.
11. Using a chisel, knock off the nut on the
inside of the frame.
12. Using a 13/32” drill bit, ream out the hole
in the sensor bracket (white). Then atten
or trim off the alignment tab (gray).





