1. Using a 8MM socket, remove the four
(4) screws from the bellypan. There
are two (2) in front and one (1) on each
back corner. The bellypan will not be
reinstalled.
2. Remove the two (2) push pins from the
plastic sheilding. Do this on both sides
of the vehicle. The sheilding will not be
reinstalled.
3. Using a 21MM socket, remove the four (4)
nuts from the inside of the bumper. There
are two (2) on each side. Set the bumper
aside.
4. Position the baseplate onto the frame
ush with the top of the frame rail and as
far forward as possible (gray). Level and
clamp the baseplate securely. Using a 1/2”
drill bit, drill one (1) hole thru the frame on
each frame rail. Install a 1/2”-13 x 1-1/2”
bolts with a 1/2” lock washers into the
holes and secure with 1/2” nut plates on
the inside of the frame. Fully tighten both
fasteners.
 
