7. If vehicle is equipped with Speed Control, on the passenger side front of the vehicle, using a 10MM socket

remove two metric bolts (7A) from the lower coolant line. Then using a 8MM socket, remove one metric bolt (7B)

located on the side of the vehicle for the lower coolant line which can then be swung out of the way. Set bolts

aside to be reinstalled later.



8. On the passenger’s side remove the washer reservoir, using an 8MM socket remove the bolt on the top (8A).

With the 10MM socket remove the two metric bolts one on each side (8B and 8C). Unplug the hoses and

electrical lines and plug the hoses (8D). Set water reservoir and bolts aside to be reinstalled later.

9. Using a reciprocating saw, make the two vertical cuts and bend the cut area into the frame end and as far down

as possible. Do this to both sides of the vehicle.

10. Using a reciprocating saw, cut off the tabs that the lower coolant line was attached to. Be careful not to cut into

radiator.



When using power drills be aware of the

dangers of torque and drill bit length.
