8. On the passenger’s side, disconnect and plug the
windshield washer reservoir hoses. Disconnect the
electrical cable of the windshield washer reservoir
pump. Using a 10MM socket, remove three metric
bolts from the reservoir. Move the reservoir down
and guide the hoses out through the loops found
near the top of the windshield washer reservoir. Set
bolts and reservoir aside to be reinstalled later.

9. To remove the Styrofoam bumper, pull it forward to
release it from the metal bumper.

10. Using a 12MM socket, remove three metric bolts
from the metal bumper. Do this to both sides of the
vehicle. Pull the metal bumper forward. Set metal
bumper and bolts aside to be reinstalled later.

11. Using a 12MM socket, remove three metric bolts
from the bumper bracket to gain access to the
frame rail. Do this to both sides of the vehicle. Set
bolts and brackets aside to be reinstalled later.
