9. Using a 10MM socket, remove the two
(2) screws from the top of the headlight
and the one (1) from the side (inset).
Disconnect the wiring and set the
headlight aside. Do this on both sides of
the vehicle.
10. Using a 10MM socket, remove the three
(3) bolts from the air bafe. There are two
(2) on the top (shown) and one (1) on the
backside in between the wheel well cover
and the bafe.
11. On the passenger side, measure down
from the top of the frame extension 3”
and mark. Mark out a notch from the 3”
mark down to the bend ush with the inner
frame side. Further down make a mark
at the bottom of the bend as deep as the
upper notch (gray). Using a reciprocating
saw cut the bottom line (gray) and the
bottom side of the upper notch. Bend
the lip back towards the frame. Continue
cutting out the upper notch ush to the
inner frame.
12. The driver side is cut similar to the
passenger side only instead of measuring
down 3” from the top of the frame
extension, cut horizontally under the bolt
head.





