9. On the driver’s side, use a at screwdriver
to pull out the clips holding the temperature
sensor and set it out of the way.

7. Use a 10MM socket on the back to remove
the bolt and unplug the horn. Set aside to be
reinstalled later.

8. Using a 13MM socket, remove the two (2)
bolts. Set bolts and computer box aside to be
reinstalled later.




10. Using a reciprocating saw, notch out the
corner just below the bolt by measuring up
from the bottom 1-1/4” and 1-1/4” across. Do
this on both sides. We recommend painting
the cut edges to prevent them from rusting.



Using a good quality paint, spray cut edges
of frame to prevent rusting.

11. Using a reciprocating saw, make the rst 3/4”
cut just below the bumper and the second cut
2” down. Clamp this area with the vise grips,
rock vise grips back and forth to remove, then
remove excess material with the reciprocating
saw. Do this on both sides. We recommend
painting the cut edges to prevent them from
rusting.

