Section 2 - Quick Start
The Vario L2 Small Form-Factor PC is designed to require minimal intervention from the customer once the OS
has been installed and activated.
First ensure that you are familiar with the contents of the section "General Precautions". It contains important
information to avoid damage to the board.
Usually the unit is supplied with a factory image containing a Microsoft Operating System. In this instance, all
that is required to get going is
USB Keyboard and mouse
Display
Power
Lan connection (if OS activation is required)
When the unit is first powered on, it will prompt the user to follow the Microsoft mini setup process. All relevant
drivers will already have been installed.
It’s then a case of installing your application(s) and data, and you’re ready to go.
