Known Issues
With Windows 2000 and Windows Xp, the operating can sometimes hang on reboot. This is due to an
incompatibility with the IEEE 1394 “Firewire” Port. It is recommended that the IEEE 1394 port be
disabled within Windows to prevent the Hang
The port can be disabled from the Device manager Page
Select “Disable” from the Device Manager menu
IEEE Port is now Disabled
