Cool door
Safety is a fundamental factor for all Blomberg appliances. That is why
all Blomberg ovens have full glass inner doors that minimize the exterior
temperature of the oven. Our pyrolytic ovens feature a cool door with
four layers of glass designed to minimize external heat and provide safety.
Even during the intense pyrolytic cycle, when the heat inside the cavity
reaches 480°C, the temperature of the double-twin door does not exceed
70°C for a safe touch.
Safety locks
For maximum safety during the pyrolytic cycle pyro lock automatically
locks the oven door, and releases it when the cavity temperature goes back
to a safe level. For an uninterrupted cooking cycle, Blomberg electronic
ovens have a key lock, which allows you to lock the timer settings to
prevent children from changing the preset functions. Blomberg also presents
an optional child lock accessory to prevent children from opening the oven
door while it is in operation.
Auto shut-down
Your Blomberg electronic oven will automatically shut itself down after
6 hours of operation (except during warm keeping and defrost functions).
You no longer need to ask yourself if you've remembered to turn off
the oven before leaving home.
Blomberg ovens offer 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 14
levels of cooking functions, providing ideal
cooking options for all types of food.

Hidden top heater
The top heater in Blomberg ovens is hidden eliminating the risk of self injury
while reaching the top shelf. In addition, it minimizes the temperature of the
oven handle and knobs for a safe touch.
Quality tested
For long time expectancy, we test 100% of our ovens before
they leave our factory. We also perform random accelerated life cycle tests.

Eco-Pyro Clean
This is a 90-minute self-cleaning cycle for energy saving. The heat within the oven
cavity is boosted to 480°C. Due to the shorter time period, this pyrolytic cycle is
suitable for a less soiled oven cavity.
Booster
All heating elements are activated for 35% quicker pre-heating. This function
is ideal for those times when you are running short on time.
Low grill+fan
The mid part of the grill and the fan motor operate together. This function is
ideal for perfect browning of food placed on the top shelf and warming food
in lower shelves.
Bottom heater
Only the bottom heater is in operation. This function is ideal for slow cooking and
for baking pizza and pastries where the base needs more crisping than the top.
Top heater
Only the top heater is in operation. This function is ideal for browning food.
Bottom heater+fan
The bottom heater and the fan motor operate together. This function is ideal for
baking pizza and food where the top needs to remain soft and juicy.
Top heater+fan
The top heater and the fan motor operate together. This is an auxiliary function
that is ideal for quick cooking of food that needs browning.
Conventional
The top and bottom heaters are in operation. The bottom heater will cook the
base and the middle of the food while the top heater is used for browning. This
function is ideal for stews, casseroles, pastries and meats.
Low grill
The mid part of the grill is in operation. This is an energy-efficient function
designed to grill a small amount of food with minimum energy consumption.
Grill
The full grill is in operation. This function is ideal for grilling and
browning larger quantities of food.
Fan cooking
The circular heater and the fan motor operate together. The heat in the oven is
distributed evenly in the centre. In this setting, you can cook 2 or 3 different
foods that require the same or similar temperature settings.
Grill+fan
The full grill and fan motor operate together. This function is ideal for lean meats
and fish.
Defrost
The fan motor is in operation. This function is ideal for defrosting
delicate foods like cakes and pastries.
Conventional+fan
The bottom and top heaters operate together with the fan motor. This function is
ideal for using the whole oven, with particular focus on browning and base heat.
3D cooking
Top, bottom and central heaters operate together with the fan motor. This function
allows you to cook 3 separate dishes at the same time without blending their
flavours or aromas.
Warm keeping
This function is ideal for keeping the food warm until it is time for serving. It also
helps cakes and bread to rise.
Grill+turnspit
Full grill and turnspit operate together. This function is ideal for turning poultry
and big pieces of meat.
Grill+turnspit+fan
Full grill and turnspit operate together with the fan motor. This function is ideal
for browning and cooking poultry and big pieces of meat. Hot air is circulated
in the oven by means of the fan for thorough cooking of the interior, while the
grill crisps the exterior.
Pizza
Bottom heater, circular heater and fan are in operation. This function is ideal for
cooking pizza.
Slow cooking
The fan motor and central heater operate together. In this function food is cooked
at low temperatures for a long time. It is ideal for cooking tasty meat recipes as
well as saving energy.
Eco fan cooking
The fan motor and central heater operate together. This function is suitable for
cooking a single tray at 160-220°C. 70 kWh energy is saved while cooking
duration is extended for 10-15 minutes depending on the type of food.
SURF surround flow cooking
The fan motor and central heater are in operation. Hot air is blown through
ventilation holes located on the sides of the cavity into the centre. This function
allows you to cook 3 separate dishes at the same time without blending their
flavours or aromas.
Pyro Clean
This is a 120-minute self-cleaning cycle. During pyrolytic cleaning, the heat within
the oven cavity is boosted to an intense 480°C turning stains and burns into dust.
