Eco function
Certain electronic refrigerators are equipped with a special eco function that
is designed to minimize energy consumption. When the refrigerator doors
remain closed for 6 consecutive hours, and the electronic settings are left
unaltered, the refrigerator automatically goes to energy saving mode. In this
mode the temperature of the freezer compartment is preserved at -18°C
regardless of the temperature settings programmed earlier.
Duo-cycle no frost technology
Available with certain Blomberg fridge freezers, is
an advanced duo-cycle no frost technology which
provides more homogenous, energy efficient, and
silent cooling.
In conventional no frost systems a fan provides constant air flow between the
freezer and fresh food compartments. One of the most common problems of
this system is odour mixing between the compartments. In Blomberg’s duo-
cycle no frost technology, two fans – one for the freezer and another for the
fresh food compartment – provide separate air circulation. In other words,
there is no air transfer between the freezer and fresh food compartments. By
means of this separate air movement, the air in the freezer section does not
mix with the air in the fresh food section, eliminating odour blending.
This duo-cycle air circulation also leads to a more homogenous air distribution
for better preservation of foodstuff. Since the freezing air circulates only in the
freezer compartment, food is frozen faster in comparison to conventional
freezers. In addition, the

Four-door side-by-side refrigerators
Blomberg four-door side-by-side refrigerators have been
designed to provide maximum cooling advantages. With their
80 cm wide shelf space, they have the largest cooling area
for easy and ergonomic use of the refrigerator. For maximum flexibility,
you can set the temperature of the special flexi zone from - 24°C to +10°C.
You can use this 77-litre compartment as a freezer, super fresh zone or a
fresh food compartment depending on your storage needs.
Our four-door side-by-side refrigerators feature Blomberg's
trio-cycle no frost technology, which provides separate air
circulation in the freezer, the fresh food compartment and the
flexi zone by means of three separate fans. This separate air
movement prevents odour blendig, leads to a more homogenous air
distribution for better preservation of foodstuff. and provides more energy
efficient and silent cooling.

Custom cool
Blomberg introduces a special compartment for maximum
flexibility. The custom cool unit can be adjusted to four
different cooling temperatures by means of its additional
isolation system. You can set the temperature to -7°C, -1°C, +1°C or +4°C
depending on different food and beverage types.
