High Temperature Alarm
MT3270 ovens are equipped with a high tempera-
ture alarm circuit which is activated by a heat sen-
sitive switch located in the front control module. I f
the temperature in the control compartment ex-
ceeds 140_F(60_C) the following occurs:
1. The burner control valve automatically shuts
off the gas.
2. A red warning lamp lights and an audible
alarm sounds to alert the operator.
The alarm may be turned off as follows:
1. Push the ACKNOWLEDGE button on the front
control panel.
The warning lamp remains lit until the temper-
ature in the control compartment falls below
120_F(49_C). Then the burner control valve
automatically opens and restores the oven to
normal operation.
WARNING!!
Oven cooling will operate if ambient tem-
peratures within the motor compartment
exceeds 140_F(60_C)
