Cleaning
WARNING!!
Alway s disconnect the p ower supply be-
fore cleaning or servicing the oven.
WARNING!!
If the oven needs to be moved, the gas
must be turned off and disconnected from
the unit before removing the restra int. Re-
connect the restraint after the oven has
been returned to its original location.
Follow this recommended cleaning schedule for
proper oven performance.
Daily:
1. Clean the conveyor belt using a wire brush. Al -
low any foreign materialto drop into the crumb
pans.
2. Remove the product stop and both crumb
pans from the ends of the conveyor.
3. Empty and clean the crumb pans with a hot
water/detergent mix. Rinse with clean water.
Every Three Mo nths:
1. Clean the cooling fan louvers on both sides of
theovenwithasoftbrush.
Every Six Months:
1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Disconnect the gas. Be sure that the oven
control cables have 2-3 feet of slack
3. Remove both crumb pans from the ends of the
conveyor.
4. Remove both upper end plugs. Loosen the
wing nuts on the bottom of each end plug.

5. Remove both lower end plugs.
6. Remove the conveyor as follows:
a.) Using needle-nose pliers, remove the
conveyor belt inner and outer master
links.
b.) Slide the drive belt out from one end. Be
sure to roll the belt as shown.

7. Remove the non -drive side conveyor support.
8. Remove the drive side conveyor support as
follows:
a.) Remove the 1/4” hex bolt and nut (inside
the controlbox), that fastens the driveside
conveyor support to the control box. See
Figure 23.
