Oven Assembly
OVEN SUPPORTS AND CASTERS
1. Bolt the supports to the oven with 3/8-16 hex
head bolts.
2. Attach the casters to the oven supports with
1/4 -20 hex bolts, lock washers, and flat wash-
ers.
NOTE: Install the locking casters on the front
of the oven.
3. Carefully place the oven onto casters. Have
several persons lift the oven off the pallet and
set it onto t he casters.
4. Engage the brakes on the front casters.

NOZZLES
1. Start from center of the oven and work to-
wards the end. Make sure the bottomof the air
nozzle fits into the slot in the nozzle support lo-
cated at the front of the oven. See Figure 4 for
correct nozzle location.
2. Secure the nozzle hold-down strip across the
inside front of the oven using the existing
screws located on the oven wall.
