Electrical Connections
This unit should be installed by a certified electri-
cian only. Before making any electrical connec-
tions to these units, check that the power supply
isadequateforthe voltage, amperage, andphase
requirements stated on the rating name plate
mounted on the unit. Electrical specifications and
circuit diagram can be found behind the cover of
the installation cabinet.
All ovens, when installed, must be electrically
groundedinaccordance w ith localcodesorinthe
absence of local codes, w ith the National Electri-
cal Code, ANSI/NFPA 70---Latest Edition and/or
Canadian Electrical Code CSA C22.1 as applica-
ble.
Wiring diagrams are located on the inside of the
louvered side panel.
NOTE: Disconnect the Power Supply to the unit

CAUTION! After connecting t he appliance, the
fansshouldbecheckedtoensuretheproperrota-
tion (see diagrams below). If the fans turn in the
wrong direction, the appliance will not function
properly and damage to the unit can occur. Im-
proper connection of the appliance renders the
Blodgett Combi warranty invalid.
NOTE: All manual resets should be restored be-
fore connecting power to the appliance.
