CONTROL DESCRIPTION
1. COOK TIME DISPLAY - Gives the belt speed.
2. CONVEYOR ADJUSTMENT KNOB - Turn to adĆ
just the conveyor speed.
3. ACTUAL TEMPERATURE KEY - Press to disĆ
play the actual oven temperature.
4. ACTUAL TEMPERATURE LIGHT - When lit indiĆ
cates the control is displaying the actual oven
temperature.
5. SETPOINT LIGHT - When lit indicates control is
displaying desired cook temperature.
6. HEAT LIGHT - When lit indicates that the control
is calling for heat.
7. UP and DOWN ARROW KEYS - Used to inĆ
crease/decrease desired cook temperature.
8. HEAT SWITCH - Controls power to the burner.
9. BLOWER SWITCH - Controls power to the blowĆ
ers.
10. CONVEYOR SWITCH - Controls power to the
conveyor motor.
CONTROL OPERATION
1. Turn the manual gas valve to the OPEN position.
This is only necessary on initial startĆup.
2. Turn the BLOWER SWITCH (9) to ON.
3. Press the UP or DOWN ARROW keys (7) to enter
the desired cook temperature.
4. Turn the HEAT SWITCH (8) to ON.
NOTE: If the oven fails to ignite after the thirty
(30) second purge, turn the blower
switch OFF and wait 5 minutes before
turning back ON.
5. Press the ACTUAL TEMPERATURE KEY (3). If
the actual temperature matches the setpoint the
oven is ready to cook.
NOTE: The display will flash until the actual temĆ
perature is within the preset deviation
alarm band. The default setting is 20_F
of the setpoint.
6. Turn the CONVEYOR SWITCH (10) to ON. The
conveyor belt starts to move. Turn the CONVEYĆ
OR ADJUSTMENT KNOB (2) clockwise to inĆ
crease speed, counterĆclockwise to decrease
speed. Turn the knobĆlock behind the control
knob to hold the desired belt speed
7. Turn the BLOWER (6), CONVEYOR (7) and HEAT
(8) SWITCHES to OFF. The Cool Down circuit is enĆ
ergized. The blower motor(s) continue to run until
the oven temperature is between 135-170_F
(57-77_C). The digital temperature display reĆ
mains lit until the cool down circuit deĆenergizes.
The oven will hold these parameters daily and will reĆ
quire no further adjustments unless a different prodĆ
uct is placed in the oven.
NOTE: Each oven contains different components
and must be adjusted individually.
