5) Install temporarily the bottom section of the

alternator using a ⑱Flange Bolt(1P) and a ⑬

Flange Nut (1P).

※ Attach the upper and lower sides in reverse

order from the genuine attachment.

※ Secure the ⑬Flange Nut after tightening the

⑱Flange Bolt.

6) Fully tighten the upper and lower bolts

of the

alternator by installing a 14.Idle Pulley using

the 16.Pulley Collar A; ⑧Hex Bolt

(

)

and a

⑮Washer (1P).

※ Position the flange side of the 14. Pulley

toward the 16. Collar.

※ Make alterations with caution to the air

conditioner

pipe to make some space if it

gets in contact with the alternator.

7) Attach the alternator coupler and the B

terminal.

3) Remove the genuine alternator’s stay.

4) Install temporarily

the 6. alternator bracket

using the 19.Bracket Collar B (1P) and the ⑥

Flange Bolt (1P).
