(7) Installation of the blow by hose.

① Install the

blow by pipe No. 1, and

blow by pipe No. 2 by reusing

the genuine gasket and nuts.

※Appling torque.

② Cut the supplied hose

approximately 300mm to connect the

ends of the blow by pipe No.1 and No.2,

and tighten the ends with the supplied

(C. 51) clamp.

(6) Installation of (C. 2) Intake manifold.

① Remove the long stud bolt

one bolt

)

at the right

end from the two genuine stud bolts.

② Install the (C. n) stud bolt M8 (2P).

③ Remove one genuine nipple from the genuine

intake manifold.

④ Install the genuine nipple removed from step

③, the (C. 41) nipple ) nippleφ21-3/4 PT, the

(C. 40) nipple φ 6-1/8 PT and the

(

C. 39

)

nipple φ 4-1/8 PT to the supplied intake

manifold.

Genuine Nipple

※ Use a seal tape or a sealant to install the

nipple and the sink plug.

⑤ Install the

(

C. 2

)

intake manifold by using two

sets of genuine intake manifold bolts and nuts,

and one (C. p) M8 flange nut.

※Appling torque.
