You may opt out of this dispute resolution procedure by providing notice to
Matapo no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the rst consumer pur
chaser’s purchase of the Product. To opt out, you must send notice by e-mail to
info@blindshell.com, with the subject line: “Arbitration Opt Out.” In the opt out
email you must include following information: 1. your name and address; 2. the
date on which the Product was purchased; 3. the Product model name or model
number; and 4. the IMEI which can be found 1. on the Product box; 2. on a label
on the back of the product beneath the battery.
This is the only form of notice that will be eective to opt out of this dispute
resolution procedure. Opting out of this dispute resolution procedure will not aect
the coverage of the Limited Warranty in any way, and you will continue to enjoy
the benets of the Limited Warranty.
