This thick dip goes great with shrimp tacos.
It can also be used as a chip dip.
Directions
Add ingredients to jar in order listed. Secure lid
and select “Salsa.”
NOTE: If your machine does not have a “Dips/Salsa” cycle,
blend on Medium Low (Speed 4) for 30 seconds.
DIJON MAPLE VINAIGRETTE
This sweet and tangy sauce will accent any bed of greens. Try this as a
marinade for chicken or pork to sweeten your protein. The vinegar will
tenderize the meat, while the Dijon maple delicately tingles the taste buds.
