brand products are warranted to the original owner against
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a
product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, BlenderBottle will
repair or replace, at its discretion, the failed component(s). Only original, unaltered and
unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage
caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning (including odor),
non-standard usage, or negligence.
BlenderBottle’s total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract,
warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the
BlenderBottle brand product. In no event shall BlenderBottle be liable for direct,
consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind, including damage resulting
from a breach of a warranty or condition such as destroyed personal property. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This
warranty is only available in the United States and Canada.
