Route guidance
1. Press the

button to open the drop-down menu.
Select “Settings”. Press the

The “Settings” menu opens. ✔
2. Select “Location map”. Press the

A selection of location map display modes appears. ✔
3. Mark the required display mode. Press the

button.
Navigation continues with the selected map. ✔
Selecting the map display for the destination area or the overview map
1. Press the

button to open the drop-down menu.
Select “Settings”. Press the

button.
The “Settings” menu opens. ✔
2. Select the “Destination area” or “Overview” display mode by pressing the
or button. Press the
OK
button.
The map switches to the selected display mode. ✔
Adjusting the map scale
You can freely select the display scale for the location map and destination map. In
the case of the overview map, the map scale can only be adjusted to display the
remaining part of the route. Scales ranging from 0.05 mi to 200 mi are available. This
means that one centimetre on the display can represent a distance of between 0.05 mi
and 200 mi.
1. Press

to open the selection menu.
Select “Scale”. Press
OK
.
The “Change scale” menu will open. ✔
2. Use
to select the desired scale. Press
OK
.
The map will appear in the new scale. ✔
Plus Point: You can also use directly in the map display to alter the
scale.
