Can I update my interface's software?

Yes, you can update the software of your Bluetooth USB interface.
Please refer to software update
for further information on this.

Possible hardware error:
• The PTT button is connected incorrectly or
there is no contact
Measure the voltage using a high-impedance voltmeter
at the 8-pin plug-type connector Pin 4
Button pressed: Voltage less than 1 V
Button NOT pressed: Voltage more than 1.5 V
• The switching voltage from the radio is not being switched
Use a high-impedance voltmeter to measure the voltage at the
plug-type connector ISO-C3 Pin 16 (CDC, blue plug)
Radio = ON Voltage more than 8 V
Radio = OFF Voltage less than 1 V

Why does my software update abort?

The boot loader writes a log of the software update in the
SETUP.LOG file in the BLAUPUNKT directory on your USB stick.
Check the entries in this file (using a text editor on your PC); the last
line provides you with information on why the update was aborted. For
