4. Activate “RESET” by touching it.
5. Touch the “Load Default Config” entry.
✔ The password entry menu appears.
6. Enter the four-digit password using the buttons
00
to
99
and confirm the entry with the
OKOK
button.
7. Switch the device off and on again.
✔ All settings performed by you (except for password, date
and time) are returned to the factory settings.
Restart of the device software
If the Aspen/Chicago IVDM-7003 should be blocked due to a mal-
function or no longer be operable in all functions, you can press
the reset button, e.g. with the tip of a ball-point pen, to initiate a
restart of the device software. The reset button is located behind
the detachable control panel. If the problem should still exist, please
contact your authorised dealer.
